Pricing varies based on membership status, registration period, attendance type, and optional in-person experiences such as the GALA and pre-conference workshops. Member In-Person Registration

Please note there are no cancellations or refunds after August 1, 2026. Cancellations before August 1 will be extended a full refund minus a $50 USD admin fee. Please note there are no substitutions after September 15, 2026. Substitution requests are to be emailed to info@integrativeonc.org prior to September 15, 2026 for consideration.
